Loqqin is built to keep your work on your own device. This page explains the little information we do handle, and why.

The short version
- The Loqqin app saves your tasks, notes and history in your browser. We never receive them.
- This website has no analytics, no ads and no tracking cookies.
- We only receive the information you choose to send us by email. Website contact and signup forms are currently disabled.

The Loqqin app
The app runs in your browser. Your tasks, notes, presets, settings and focus history are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device and are never sent to us. Clearing your site data, or using a private window, removes them.
When you play a music mix, your browser downloads it from our media storage, which Cloudflare runs. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver the file. If you allow notifications, your own device shows them; nothing passes through us.
This website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request. We don’t run analytics and we don’t set cookies. If you pick a language or a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser and stays on your device.
Emailing us
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any other details you include. We use them only to read and answer you (legitimate interest). Cloudflare forwards your email to our Google Gmail inbox. We keep messages while we need them to help you and delete them within 12 months of our last reply.
Updates by email
Newsletter signups are currently disabled. We aren’t collecting email addresses for updates through this website.
Website forms
The contact and newsletter forms are disabled. Cloudflare Turnstile is not loaded, and these endpoints do not accept or save submissions.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare hosts this site and the app’s media and forwards incoming email. Google provides our Gmail inbox. These providers may process technical information and email in the United States and other countries.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@loqqin.com, and we’ll reply within a month.
If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can complain to a data protection authority where you live.
Children
Loqqin isn’t aimed at children. Newsletter signups are currently disabled.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, for example when we start sending updates, we’ll say so on the site.
